Online Infrared Thermometer IRVLT L / M / H Series

IRVLT L / M / H Series

The IRVLT L/M/H is a high ambient infrared thermometer with a separate sensing head that withstands 70°C, 120°C or 180°C ambient without cooling. Its long-wave head gives non-contact, wide-range measurement from (-)40°C to 900°C, so the small head sits in warm locations for continuous monitoring while electronics stay cool.

  • Heads rated 70 / 120 / 180°C
  • Wide −40 to 900°C range
  • Non-contact continuous monitoring
  • Long-wave separate head
  • IP65 protection

Frequently Asked Questions About This Product

A high ambient infrared thermometer has a sensing head that tolerates a hot surrounding environment. The IRVLT heads withstand 70°C, 120°C or 180°C ambient without cooling while measuring (-)40°C to 900°C.
LTL covers 0°C–500°C, LTM covers (-)40°C–600°C and LTH covers 0°C–900°C, with sensing heads that withstand 70°C, 120°C and 180°C ambient respectively, without cooling.
The IRVLT uses long-wave 8–14 µm heads rated for high ambient (up to 180°C) and a wide (-)40°C to 900°C range, while the IRV uses short-wave heads for higher target temperatures up to 1800°C at 70°C ambient.
A separate head lets the small sensor sit in a warm or tight location while the electronics box and display stay in a cooler, accessible area for continuous monitoring.
The IRVLT provides a 4–20 mA analog output and RS485 Modbus RTU digital communication.
Yes. Optional accessories include an air purge collar, an air cooling jacket with integral air purge and a dual laser sighting tool.
Users should check target temperature, head ambient rating, spot size at distance, cable length, mounting and output requirement.
