Toshniwal Brothers Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in Mumbai by Dr GR Toshniwal and his brothers to Import & Supply Instrumentation Products in India.

Toshniwal Brothers decide to manufacture Instruments in India. Ajmer, the home town of Toshniwals, is chosen as the Factory location. Dr GR Toshniwal and his son Er. MG Toshniwal move to Ajmer to execute this project. Construction starts.

A spacious factory setup on a 30,000 sq.m land in Makhupura Industrial Estate, Ajmer

Manufactured India's 1st Thermocouple & RTD, Temperature Indicator, Controller & Recorder along with many other products.

A major fire destroyed a large portion of the Factory but with the efforts of the Employees, production restarted within few months. Picture shows the team setting the house back in order.

Research & Development Department was recognised by the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. TIPL lay the foundation of many new products that were designed in-house.

New Research & Development Center was completed to support the growing team.

Technical Collaboration with Hartmann & Braun, West Germany (now ABB) for manufacturing Electronic PID Controllers, Temperature Transmitters & I/P Convertors. Mr. Rajeev Toshniwal, our Managing Director joined TIPL after completing his engineering.

Exclusive partnership agreement with Sankyo Piotech, Japan for Solid Flowmeter, Electronic Ear for Ball Mills.

Technical Collaboration with Ohkura Electric, Japan to manufacture Potentiometric Recorders.

Technical Collaboration with Chino Works, Japan to manufacture Digital Infrared Thermometers. TIPL Manufactured India's 1st IR Thermometer.

Exclusive Partnership with Quadtek, USA (now Mirion Technologies, UK) for integrating High Temperature CCTV systems. TIPL enters into Industrial Automation Solutions.

Started Integrating Surveillance Solutions as one of the first enterants in India by bringing PELCO, USA to India

Exclusive partnership agreement with Raytek, USA for Infrared Thermometers & Systems.
