IRF Series

The IRF Series is a fiber optic infrared thermometer with a high-temperature-resistant optical sensing head and a separate electronics box. The bendable fiber reaches tight or hot spots, the head resists EMI, and one-colour and two-color types give non-contact readings from 150°C to 3000°C for continuous monitoring.

A fiber optic infrared thermometer uses an optical sensing head joined by a bendable fiber to a separate electronics box. The head resists high ambient heat and EMI, so the IRF can measure 150°C to 3000°C in hard-to-reach or hot locations.

The optical head resists high ambient temperature and only transmits infrared energy, so it is immune to electromagnetic interference and can be installed where other probes cannot.

The one-colour (1C) model suits clear viewing, while the two-color (2C) model resists smoke, vapour and dust, ignores dirty window glass, and can measure smaller targets free from distance-coefficient limits.

The IRF covers 150°C to 3000°C across configurable ranges, depending on the selected wavelength and 1C/2C type.

The IRF provides a fully isolated 4–20 mA output, networked RS485 Modbus output and a high/low alarm relay output for continuous monitoring.
