Triboelectric Dust Analyzer

TDA-3000

The TDA-3000 Triboelectric Dust Analyzer is an advanced industrial instrument designed for continuous monitoring of dust concentration and emission levels in process gases. Based on AC electrostatic (triboelectric) measurement technology, it detects the charge generated by dust particles flowing through pipelines to provide real-time online measurement of dust emission (mg/sec) and concentration (mg/m³). With its integrated sensor, transmitter, and display, it ensures reliable and maintenance-friendly operation in harsh industrial environments.

  • Real-time monitoring of dust emissions for compliance
  • Improves environmental safety and pollution control
  • Detects process abnormalities and filter failures early
  • Simple installation with integrated design
  • Reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions
