STV4800 Series

The tuyere camera system STV4800 helps steel plant operators monitor blast furnace tuyere zones from the control room. It supports real-time video, tuyere flame observation, raceway condition viewing and PCI coal injection monitoring. Also, it does not need nitrogen, air or water cooling up to 80°C ambient. As a result, operators can check tuyere health with less utility dependence.
