The EC200-C Conductivity Analyzer, when used with the EC200-S Conductivity Sensor, provides a reliable and efficient solution for continuous measurement of electrical conductivity in water and industrial processes.
The EC200-S sensor is designed for high-precision conductivity measurement with excellent durability and resistance to harsh operating conditions. It features a robust stainless steel (SS316) housing, high pressure tolerance, and a wide temperature operating range. The sensor supports temperature compensation and ensures stable and accurate readings in various applications. Its compact design and threaded connection allow easy installation in pipelines, tanks, and process systems.
The EC200-C analyzer receives signals from the sensor and delivers real-time monitoring through a large LCD display with backlight. It supports automatic temperature compensation and allows switching between conductivity (EC) and total dissolved solids (TDS) measurement. The analyzer provides multiple output options, including 4–20 mA analog output and RS485 digital communication with MODBUS-RTU protocol, enabling seamless integration with industrial control systems. It also features relay outputs and user-friendly programming for flexible operation and control.
