Product Introduction
EN9000 integrates the on-line monitoring and protection system (TSI) and
fault diagnosis expert system (TDM+ES) and is mainly used for on-line
vibration monitoring, protection, analysis and fault diagnosis of large
mechanical equipment of the power sector, petrochemical industry,
metallurgical industry, etc., such as steam turbine generator set,
hydroelectric generator set, compressor unit, air blower, electrical motor,
water pump, gear and bearing. This system could gather the state parameters
related to the equipment safety continuously and automatically, including
the key phase/speed, shaft vibration, casing vibration, axial displacement,
differential expansion, eccentricity, and other procedural parameters, such
as temperature, pressure and charge, for protecting the equipment reliably
and analyzing and diagnosing the equipment failures.
EN9000 hardware system adopts a modular structure; all sub-modules
support Hot-Plug and could be configured or expanded flexibly in order to
meet the requirement of diversified on-site supervision. EN9000's host
machine (TSI) and the upper computer software system (TDM+ES) have a nice
user interface. The upper computer software system could communicate with
the host machines of more EN9000 and could form a remote monitoring
diagnostic center through Internet.
EN9000 system was developed by our company independently by combining the
advanced technologies. We own the full intellectual property of this product
and the system is featured in a high cost performance and powerful
reliability, expandability and maintainability.
