EN6000 B Series Automatic Control Instrument

EN6000B series instrument is an upgrading product from EN6000A series, which has high performance and high reliability and can be applied to temperature control systems and automatic process control systems with input of such standard signals as flow, pressure and liquid level, in many industries such as electric power, petrochemical processing, metallurgy, thermal treatment and pharmacy. EN6000B series includes the following products, EN6000B1-Digital Controller, EN6000B2-Dual-loop Digital Controller, EN6000B3-Panel Meters, EN6000B4-Servo Manual Operated Instruments, EN6000B5-Flow and Thermal Capacity Accumulated Instruments, EN6000B6-Multiloop Measuring Instruments.

1. EN6000B1/B2-Digital Controller/Dual-loop Digital Controller
EN6000B1/B2 is a single/dual-loop proportional-integral-differential controller, with seven choices of external dimensions.
(1) Product Features
¡ó Auto-Tuning (AT)

The AT function determines automatically the best method to calculate the optimum PID parameters and makes it easy to balance the system and suppress the disturbance quickly.
¡ó Program control
EN6000B1 have 8 groups (128 segments) of program control curves, which make it possible to control the temperature rising or dropping at any rate. Each segment of curves could set different PID control parameters and different output amplitude limits. And there are 8 choices of PID control parameters and 8 choices of output amplitude limits.
Corresponding, EN6000B1 could execute such programmable operating commands as Jump, Run, Pause and Stop. And the program is allowed to be revised at any moment during the program control and operation.
User can select handling mode for power-failure/power-on accidents, which could eliminate effectively the influence on program control resulted from unexpected power failure and make program execution more effective.
User can use external switch to execute such operations as Run, Pause and Stop and to implement interlock, synchronized start-up and synchronized operation, which makes it much convenient to manually operate. And 4 program signal outputs could be used to interconnect with other equipments.
¡ó Flexible alarm and retransmission
Alarm types: upper limit alarm, lower limit alarm, upper deviation alarm, lower deviation alarm, inner deviation alarm, outer deviation alarm, overrange alarm and so on, and the standby alarm could be set.
User can select PV, SV, OP1, OP2 or valve position signals to be transmitted and retransmission signals could be set to be 0-10mA, 4-20mA, 0-20mA current via software.
¡ó Convenient and fast communication
EN6000B1 could be provided with an RS485 port for communications. One or multiple (max. 100) EN6000B1 and one PC could form a computer monitor system like a field bus system. On host computer user can implement all operations of EN6000B1 via RS485 port and ENVADA communication protocol, such as Read measure values and setting values in real time, Set parameters, Switch M/A, Adjust manual output value, Start/Run/Stop program. User has 4 choices of the communication rate (baud rate) between 2400 and 19200bps. ENVADA can provide users with standard communication software on PC (host computer) or modify the communication software according to the communication protocol of users.
¡ó Advanced parameter protection
EN6000B1 is provided with the function of multilevel parameter protection to avoid any illegal operation.

3. EN6000B4-Servo Manual Operated Instruments
EN6000B4 is a type of digital instrument that may be used to control actuator to operate by keypad and may switch between auto/manual, usually installed between actuator and controller (or DCS system) or connected to actuator directly, with six choices of external dimensions.

EN6000B4 can be classified as 2 functional types (current output type and positive/negative rotation control type) and 4 subtypes as following.
