Innovative Design Enables
High Accuracy:-
An advanced
electro-optical design ensures high accuracy in difficult
applications. Proprietary electronics enable user-selectable
response times down to 1 m Sec in the MA thermometers. This high
speed is coupled with superior optical resolution (D:S ratio to
300:1) for small or distant targets. Finally, the entire
electro-optical system has been optimized to yield excellent
performance over a wide measurement and ambient temperature
range .

Infrared Thermometers:-
Marathon Series thermometers
continue the Raytek tradition of smart infrared thermometers. By
employing high-speed digital signal processors, they allow
bi-directional, RS-485 serial communications between the factory
floor and the control room. This enables engineers to configure,
calibrate, troubleshoot, and upgrade thermometers
remotely-especially valuable when sensors are in hard -to-reach
locations. Digital communications is combined with a
simultaneous analog output for redundancy and enhanced
reliability.
All Marathon Series thermometers include configuration and
monitoring, hardware diagnostics, and communication utility
software. Field calibration software enables users to perform
sensor matching and on-site calibration to process temperatures
or external blackbody sources.

Installation of Marathon
Series thermometers is easy with the built-in user interface
that displays the target temperature and allows adjustment of
sensor parameters. Through the-lens sighting or laser aiming
help pinpoint the measurement target, and variable-focus optics
